Why are you pissed off?

Greetings earthlings. It is another day here in my paradise. Unfortunately i came across a snake today.. It really threw me out of my calm state of mind and I fucking hates when that happens.

I had a really good sale yesterday and I was really thrilled about it. It was customers my colleague had talked to before and they returned so it was great.
Unfortunately my colleague had his day off so I was assigned to help them. Awesome! They bought the items they had seen before and we were all happy. Today I was excited to tell my colleague that he sold for +$2000 on his day off!
His response was why did you write your name on the sale?? Then I would have made +$4000!! I just looked at him and said excuse me?!
Yes that how we do it around here! He responded back.
I said that if he wasn’t happy with the situation he should talk with the big boss who told me to write my name. And if he sees things like this then maybe he should ask to be called into the shop so he can attend his customers himself on his day off! I mean you got to be fucking kidding me right?

My other boss could see that I was fuming and he sent me upstairs while telling the snake that it wasn’t my fault. If my boss hadn’t sent me upstairs I would have told him that he should be grateful that I wrote his name even though they have stolen so many of my customers an never wrote my name and if the shoe were on the other foot it wouldn’t even be an issue and they would of course write their name on the sale.

I went upstairs really pissed off and started to try to understand myself why I was so angry.
I am angry and sad because he is a greedy, ungrateful bastard who doesn’t respect me, my time and my service and most importantly it is not fair!
It really disturbs me when people are unfair. He pissed on my fire and I worked hard to start it in the first place. Anyway as soon as I could pin point why I was angry I started to calm down and be more at peace. I started doing Ho’oponopono and I started to feel much better. In fact when my boss called me down and said that I was wrong (he is a person who changes the rules from day to day and is trying to please everyone and the snake has been nagging him I guess.) and that I misunderstood the rule, I was so at peace that I could calmly say, that I’m sorry boss but you are wrong, you even said these rules at the meeting with my other boss. He tried to convince me but I was so at peace that I couldn’t be changed. Later on more colleagues came and told me that I am right and that he actually said that. Oh and I got to keep my name on the sale AND they gave me a private customer. 🙂

So when you are pissed off, feel it, then stop and ask yourself WHY you are angry and why does it effect you so much? It will help you calm down way much faster. And then use your favorite tool like meditation, EFT, ho’oponopono etc to get you back into a better place.

Stay safe and awesome folks!

Over and out from Paradise

It is time…..

… For a change! I have been waking up for too many days in a row now feeling like “Hell no! Not today again!!”
Last Tuesday when I had my precious day off I met with my friend and her baby and it was such a lovely day hanging together by the pool, and having lunch at the restaurant. Now that it my life should be!! Working a bit with networking, writing a few posts or on my novel and coach a few wonderful clients. Maybe 4 hours of work per day, some charity work, yoga and meditation time and loads of fun and quality time with a fabulous partner, kids and pets.

Now this is what it should look like and I am making it look like that!
I have started with one of Leonie Dawsons courses and from what I have seen of her work so far I can really benefit from it so I am convinced this will be awesome. The wheels has been set to motion and good things are coming my way! 😁

So this fabulous woman wants to live somewhere warm preferable in America.. That leaves California, Miami, Hawaii, Maui.. Now how can I get there? I don’t want to marry for a visa but I am totally open to meeting a wonderful man, my soulmate and start a loving relationship with him.

Hello, Universe? Hi it is me, I would like to order my perfect match and soul mate and please send it with super fast delivery. Thank you and have a nice day!:)

But until I move to America and love enters my life, I would like to make enough money from my side projects so I can quite my day job and devote myself to feeling good as much as possible. Maybe paint and sell my paintings? Or why not win the lottery and travel between Sweden, Turkey and America? That would be freaking awesome! I could fix up my summer house in Sweden so it will become my mental retreat and relaxation place when I need to stay away from people and connect with nature. I would fix the apartment here in Marmaris so it becomes a cozy studio and I would just try different cities in the US until I find HOME.

It sounds pretty great don’t you think?
I would also spend some money in educating myself to a life coach. Then I can work online! EXCELLENT!!

Universe? Hi it is me again, could you throw in a big lottery winning in that order? A few hundred thousand would be awesome but a few millions would be really great!! Thanks and have a nice day!

My work here is done, now I just need to stay happy, be at home so I can receive the package. This feels great,  I love ordering from the Universe.

This post was sent to you live from the cafeteria at work.
Stay healthy, happy and safe.
Over and out.

The 5 Characteristics of Incredibly Resilient People

The 5 Characteristics of Incredibly Resilient People

I came across this article on Huffington post and it was just too good to not share with you guys, enjoy!

1) They practice mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of paying attention to your life on purpose. Mindful people monitor the thoughts that come through them. However, instead of reacting to their negative thoughts, they observe them like a storm that is passing through.

Furthermore, they pay attention to what is right in their lives. They give it strength and value, thereby turning up the volume on the beauty that surrounds them.

They understand their role in the universal flow of life. They realize that they are a part of a divine cycle of life and death.

And in this understanding, they remain like the eye at the center of a tornado.

The world will continue to change around them. But at the center of this tornado, is their mind, where there is tranquility and calm.

2) They don’t compare themselves to others

They don’t spend their time feeling sorry for themselves. They realize that every soul has a different journey and therefore it is pointless to compare the path of your life with someone else.

They are continually trying to be the new and improved version of themselves. And as long as they are better than they were yesterday, they know they are on the right path.

They are their own measuring stick of success.

3) They understand that after every big setback is an even bigger transformation

I remember in medical school when part of our rotation was to learn how to deliver bad news to patients, I shadowed a physician who informed a young 40-year-old woman that she had stage four breast cancer.

Immediately, without missing a beat, this woman said, “I know one thing. After every big setback is an even bigger transformation.”

Resilient people understand this. They see difficulties as stepping stones to a transformation.

4) They find humor in everything

Laughter, in its very highest form, is a spiritual practice. It connects us to the part of our soul that heals. When we laugh with others, we gain a sense of interconnectedness and belonging.

Laughter may help lower our blood pressure and increase our vascular blood flow. It can do wonders for our health.

Resilient people look for reasons to laugh. They find humor in the mundane. They understand that paying attention to the ordinary is what makes life extraordinary.

5) They do not try to control their lives

Gary Zukav wrote about elegant spirits like this:

The journey of a hawk depends on both the hawk and the wind. The wind is your life. It is all the things that happen from the time you are born and the time you go home. Elegant spirits don’t know what will come up next, the same way that hawks don’t know which way the wind will blow next.
This doesn’t bother them, because they don’t try to control their lives any more than hawks try to control the wind.
Resilient people do not try to control their lives. They surrender to the flow of the wind. They adjust their sails and ride the next wave of their life.

People that have overcome hardships, tremendous obstacles or disease often feel that life goes from black and white in the before to many beautiful colors in the after. The have turned up the volume of beauty in their lives. They practice mindfulness. They stop comparing themselves to others. They find humor in everything.

And they know that they have been transformed.
